Eric and his staff handled everything beautifully. I talked to the team a few times before they took the case and they didn’t pressure me, answered all my questions and they were hired as soon as I could get them on my case. I was asked by the team to wait until after the insurance company (workers comp) approved my surgery to hire them. After I hired his team they got to work immediately. When I had an issue they were on it. I basically didn’t have to do anything. I appreciate that so much because I had already spent so much time myself with my case (long story short). This was a workers comp claim and it takes time to get things done. I did do a lot before Eric and his team got involved. After they were there it was so much smoother. I thank them so much. Mentally it’s just a hard thing to deal with and they just made it so easy. Thank you all so much!
