Fischer, la Jueza Mary R. Russell, la Jueza Patricia Breckenridge y la Jueza Laura Denvir coincidieron en la opini\u00f3n, mientras que el Juez George W. Draper III coincidi\u00f3 en el resultado de la opini\u00f3n mayoritaria y present\u00f3 su propia opini\u00f3n. El Juez W.
