Our experince with Eric Bartlett and his team surpassed our expectations.

My husband was in an accident and we were devastated at the thought that we would loose everything and possibly that our lives would never be the same. I called the office based on the reviews, and Eric B. called me back the same day. When he found out we were in the hospital, he actually came to the hospital to meet with us in person. Wow! We were blown away by his urgency and care, and we knew right away that we were not going to try to find anyone else.

Eric was thorough in explaining everything and what we might expect, including how long it could take. This was very helpful and prepared us in understanding the process. The hardest part was waiting, but to be reasonable and keeping in mind that there are many players involved, I have to stress that Eric’s team was just great at keeping in touch and giving us updates and timelines.

The communication and responses were excellent! When there was miscommunication or error, they corrected it and were very prompt and professional in their response. We never felt less than respected and although we only spoke to Eric one other time during the whole process, his team represented the same urgency and care that he showed us.

They did a great job and got us the best possible outcome, and if we ever need help or representation again, we are absolutely, without a doubt calling Eric B. and his team!

John and I thank you all and appreciate all your help, professionalism and compassion. All the little things you do, from the note book, the pen etc. and all the things you have in place to make things easier for us, like the text line, matters and is noticed. It all counts and makes a difference.
