Friday Motorcycle Crash Leads To Fatality

A motorcyclist was killed Friday in an accident that occurred in St. Joseph, MO. The crash occurred around 6:30pm when the motorcyclist was headed northbound, and crashed with a SUV headed westbound.

According to the St. Joseph Police Department the motorcyclist was transported to an area hospital where they were pronounced deceased. The driver of the SUV declined medical treatment.

According to police, the motorcycle was heavily damaged and the SUV sustained moderate damage to its front corner.

The accident remains under investigation.
